- DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER?
Yes, you have to register an account to purchase our product and also it can give you a faster way to checkout and payment and you don't have to retype your address every time you want to purchase our products. Also, by subscribing to our mailing list, you will be the first to know if we have a promo or new collections.
- HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

- I WOULD LIKE TO ORDER SOLD OUT ITEMS, OR CUSTOMIZE MY SIZE, IS IT POSSIBLE?
You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or line @cera (with @) and tell us what you want to have. We might be considering it, currently producing a new batch, or the fabric is still available for you.
- I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD - WHAT SHOULD I DO?
To re-set your password, follow the 'FORGOTTEN PASSWORD' instructions on the SIGN IN page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.
- HOW SOON CAN I GET MY ORDER?
After you order, transfer, and confirm your payment, we will process the order the NEXT DAY / in 24 hours.
Note that process is only checking the payment, preparing and delivering the goods to the shipping company. After that, the shipping company needs certain amount of time to deliver it to you, varies from 2-5 days for domestic and 3-14 days for international deliveries.

- HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

If you want to get it earlier (earliest within 2 days after you confirm the payment) please choose FAST Shipping upon the check out or contact our customer service to send it via gojek or other courrier services .
- I HAVEN'T GOT MY ORDER, IT HAS BEEN LATE FOR COUPLE DAYS. WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, normally you will receive an email and text with your tracking and shipping information. If you are unable to track your products, please kindly contact us via email email@example.com or line at @cera (with @) to get assistance from our team.
- WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
We were unable to verify the billing information that was entered on the order. If the billing address does not match with the credit card issuer or bank has on file, the order will be automatically. Or the other possibility is that, you have not confirmed your payment. Please kindly contact us if you were forget to confirm your payment.
- I HAVE RECEIVED MY PACKAGE. UNFORTUNATELY, THERE IS SOME DEFECT IN THE PRODUCT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
